Currently my Opposite house (not occupied, owner has left) has 1 adult and 1 puppy. About the adult dog, it's a male dog which suffer from skin problem i think. I heard my neighbour complains that the fleas* is running around till their wall.
The owner doesn't care about it's suffer and just left him some food and left him in the empty home. I don't know what is his name =(
The below pic shows the puppy which we named her *Siu Pak* She just came about a week ago, i didn't know where the owner pick her from.
Siu pak means *tiny white* in Cantonese. Every night we came home, she will be crying and howling for food, she must be very hungry. She'll be jumping at the gate because she knows we brought some food for her.
She'll try to force herself out from the bottom of the gate, but she'll be screaming because it hurts her arms, she doesnt fit the space is too small. 
We usually carry her to pass thru the front gate from top and let her out.
When she see her food, which we pour out on a plastic plate for her to eat, she got excited, she ate it all very quickly.
She is definitely a very bright and adorable puppy, which i think she deserve more love from its owner than being left in an empty house.
I was told that the owner sometimes will come home to feed her, but most of the time she's hungry and thirsty. I checked yesterday during night time when i back from work, there's no food / water left for her. I'll try my best to take care of her, i wish to adopt her, but just my family has the HATE for dog very much, i don't get a chance =(
HELP ME!!! =(
